While popularized by Jungian Psychology, Shadow Work draws on a rich tradition of spiritual practices that span centuries, from tarot and astrology, and spellcraft to meditation, all of which acknowledge that the more willing we are to look into our depths and uncover what is concealed, the more at peace we'll be with ourselves and our world.

Each week, Shadow expert Chelsey Pippin Mizzi guides you through short lessons, journaling prompts, visualizations, field trips and creative exercises designed to help you safely explore and engage with your Shadow, including:
