In order that several pupils or pupils and teacher can play together in group lessons, Trio Book 2 provides many three-part ensemble pieces, in accordance with Vol. 2 of the method 'Die fröhliche Querflöte'. The potpourri of works by Lully, Purcell, Mozart, Brahms or Elgar and modern pieces provides a lot of variety and allows ensemble playing from the very beginning. Like the tune book, the trio book has been adjusted to Vol. 2 of the method. Wie das Spielbuch ist auch das Trioheft auf den Band 2 der Schule abgestimmt. Im Inhaltsverzeichnis ist jeweils vermerkt, ab welchem Kenntnisstand die Trios gespielt werden können.
