Den Ausgangspunkt bildet die Frage, wie die partizipative Stellung des Leistungsadressaten auch gegenüber dem kooperativ agierenden Leistungserbringer im Prozess der öffentlichen Leistungserstellung zu sichern ist. Die Analyse des Koproduktionskonzepts unterstreicht das Potenzial des integrierten Ansatzes für eine effektivere Erfüllung öffentlicher Aufgaben. Das Recht der Koproduktion gilt als analytischer Rahmen für die institutionelle Ausgestaltung von Regelungsstrukturen, die die gemeinwohlsichernde Verantwortungsteilung sowie die integrierte Vernetzung staatlicher und nichtstaatlicher Akteure im System öffentlicher Leistungen ermöglichen.
