The results show that the funding implemented by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) provided a substantial impetus and has brought about lasting improvements in both the technical equipment and the quality of training.; Die fortschreitende Digitalisierung transformiert Lern- und Arbeitsprozesse und stellt neue Anforderungen an die Kompetenzen von Auszubildenden sowie Leitungs- und Ausbildungspersonal in der beruflichen Bildung. Dies erfordert eine leistungsfähige digitale Infrastruktur an den Lernorten, eine systematische didaktische Weiterentwicklung der Lehr-Lern-Arrangements und die Weiterqualifizierung des Ausbildungspersonals.
